About

My superpower is to recognize and integrate different perspectives.

This blog is about life design from a different standpoint. Most life design and lifestyle design blogs feature personal development tips and tactics. I choose to write about tools and perspectives that can be used to live a more integrative, worldcentric life.

Most conflict and misunderstanding comes from not identifying with the other truths available to us in the world today. Perspectives that divide us or place us in the center of our own universe will eventually destroy the planet and its people through conflict, resource exhaustion, or excessive hubris. Mutual understanding, cooperation, and recognition of all perspectives will lead to a transformation of humanity unparalleled in history.

We can only directly change ourselves, and yet our impact reaches beyond our own structures. This blog is an exploration of how we can act and look at the world to best serve humanity, our communities, and ourselves.

Currently I write about the use of the following tools:

  • Minimalism – how to live more with less and better serve the planet from a physical perspective
  • Integral Theory as described by Ken Wilber and others – the AQAL framework and elements to living a worldcentric life
  • Intuition – how to recognize new alternatives and repair the internal conflicts in your own bodymind structures

This is not an exhaustive list, and this list will be updated as new perspectives appear on the blog.
